US Navy Chief's Anchor is now available in a Do It Yourself Kit!
Makes a great gift project for a new Chief. Feel free to allow the mild steel to rust or paint it in any way you like. Mild steel can be welded to other metal surfaces if you'd like to attach the anchor to a larger project.
This rustic Chief's Anchor will continue to patina with time outdoors. Apply a thin coat of beeswax to display indoors.
The USN and stars are cut from stainless steel providing contrast from the rusted anchor. You can select if you like mirror finish letters and stars or the rustic, sanded stainless look shown. We also offer the letters and stars in a mild steel finish if you prefer to paint them.
The metal anchor is 19" tall and cut from mild steel.
PLEASE NOTE: Anchors are available with or without 3 mounting holes. You'll need to provide a yes or no in the blank if you would like the mounting holes on your anchor.

Rusted Items:
No special care is needed! Rinse with water if dirty. Rusted items are safe in all weather. No need to bring them in for the winter.
Powder Coated Items:
Powder Coat is a very durable finish. Safe in all weather. If needed it can be washed with soap and water. Do not use an abrasive pad.
Custom Automotive Paint:
Treat this finish just like your car. After 6 months of drying time it can even be polished or waxed. Safe outdoors in any weather. Will not fade or peel like spray paint. If needed our painted signs can be washed with soap and water using a soft cloth. Do not use an abrasive pad.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrap due to the size of our items. Gift wrap will not survive the shipping process in an attractive manner.
